This is John from Team Bryker Hyde. As many of you know, last year we partnered with VCNCT to support them monthly with $1 from every order and volunteering our time. For their May monthly meeting they asked me to come speak about entrepreneurship and being a veteran owned business. Previously I had mentioned that I hate public speaking but apparently what they heard was that I was hoping to be a guest speaker one day. Ha! It was a privilege and honor to speak right after Memorial Day and to hang out with fellow veterans. Some I hadn't seen since last Thanksgiving.
VCNCT offers resume training, mock interviews, PTSD counseling, emergency services, educational training and more. They work with other veteran non-profits in and outside of Texas. Their mission it to be the "Gap Filler” by connecting all veterans to needed resources. Thank you all for your support!
